Refund policy

Changed your mind? You can have a full refund on request within 14 days of paying, for any reason.

How to ask

1. Email [email protected] from the address you paid with, or include your pass code.
2. The 14 days start when you pay. We will not ask why.
3. We refund the full amount you paid, in US dollars, to the same card, normally within five working days of your email. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
4. We cancel your pass code when we refund it.

After 14 days

If something we sold you does not work and we cannot fix it, tell us and we will refund the unused part of your pass. If we close Examlane or remove a test you paid for, we refund the unused part without being asked.

Before you dispute a charge

Please email us first. A refund from us is faster than a card dispute, and it is never refused within the first 14 days.

This policy is part of our terms and does not reduce any rights the law gives you.
